How do I find out the nutrition facts on Burger King food?
Question by : How do I find out the nutrition facts on Burger King food?
I was wondering how much fat, calories, etc. are in a Whopper, but plain. I assume the guide only tells you based on ordering it as it comes, with all the garbage on it. I’m only interested in the meat and the bun.

THey have all that information on their website at: http://www.bk.com/en/us/menu-nutrition/index.html
Choose a menu item and they show you the content as they normally prepare it (with ketchup, pickles, etc) and then you can customize the nutrition content by adding or removing ingredients…so that you can get the info for just meat and bun.
I hope that helps.

Holy hell and a half! I didnt know that site existed. the buns have more fat and calories than the greasy meat! And a triple whopper with cheese meal, large, is 2050 calories. there are so many people who order that for their toddlers. you wouldnt believe how many 4 year olds will down that much just because their parents dont know enough english to order a kids meal. seriously, theres a lot!
